How it Works

Purchase a PLAN

Easy as 1-2-3. Choose one of our affordable plans to cover your Home appliances and Home Systems.

We will email a RHW certificate and Plan Summary explaining your policy coverages. 

 

The coverage activates 30 days from the purchase date. 

​

If you purchased your warranty through a real estate transaction, your warranty is active at closing.*

Call for SERVICE

If a problem occurs, you can request service by logging into the My Account portal on our website or calling our Claims Dept at 833-RHW-2FIX   833-749-2349.

 

An RHW Claims specialist will manager you claim and assign a Repair Pro . 

 

A Service Fee of $85 is required.

We send a PRO

We’ll cover the cost for repairing your item, up to your contract terms and limits. If your repair exceeds the limit of what your contract covers, we’ll inform you of any additional costs upfront so you can decide how to proceed.
